Vice president & Cluster Head – Sales & Marketing with India’s one of the top 10 Pharma company

Situation

One of our clients, who is India’s top 5 Pharmaceutical company, wanted to have a Senior Leadership team as VP & Cluster Head level from an MNC background with high value business turnover experience which is more than 300 crores to lead a busines of 600 croes plus PAN India Business in chronic segment.

Task

Since client wanted to have someone with 300 crores plus busines volume handling experience at leadership and PNL level in Business and from MNC and corporately young talents, it became a challenge for us.

Action

After receiving the clear expectation from the role, we first done a detailed market research and mapped all targeted leading top tier Pharma players who have chronic busines portfolio. After summarizing them, we have identified the CXO level leaders against each of these companies for this chronic vertical. Then we started connecting with them through our strong Industry network and pitched them with highest level of confidentiality at both candite end as well as client end as it was very senior position. After almost sharing a dozen of candidates, finally one of our candidates from an MNC background who was working as Director-Sales & Marketing in an MNC Pharm in chronic segment with PAN India PNL and Leadership experience has been finalized by our client and he has joined within two months of time.

Result
  • Finally, we could close this position for them as Vice President and Cluster Head – Sales & Marketing for Chronic Segment for India’s one of the Top 10 company with a CTC of 75 Lacs.
