Situation

India's No.1 Genomics Company has shared with us a mandate for the position of M&A Lead Business Analyst, Bangalore Location with the Budget of 30L.

They were in need of someone who has a very good acumen of planning, problem solving and negotiation skills along with a strong Analytical mind-set who can collect and analyse large amounts of data, interpret data, and detect errors with prior M&A experience of at least 7- 10 years.

Recruitment Planning: First I have analysed the company's urgent need of closing the position which has been open for more than 6 month for the role of M&A Lead Business Analyst.

Strategy Development: Before digging profile on different platforms, I have designed my search based on the client’s requirement and Criteria.

Candidate Search: I have selected two modes for searching this niche position i.e Job Portals and LinkedIn but, with a distinct and unique filtration.

Screening: Connected with the candidate whose profile moreover matches all qualified criteria. We had a discussion on the role of M&A and on his current employer.

Closing the position: When all the criteria got matched from both the end. We had submitted his profile to the company and closed this position in a month. Candidate got an offer from the company with a CTC of 27L
