AVP & Head Biometrics (Hyderabad) in a leading Global Clinical Research organisation

Situation

The requirement was from one of the oldest CRO's in India and this was their first requirement. The client gave few MNC pharmaceutical company names and few CROs from which they wanted the position to get closed.

Task

This was a very technical profile so proper knowledge about the role had to be gathered by going through the JD thoroughly and the Director Mr. Sujoy Ghosh helped to understand the role better. However convincing candidates from particular organization and especially from an MNC to an Indian organization was challenging. Also there was a particular education qualification which the client was looking at.

Action

Identification of few profiles were made by searching with the correct keywords from the portals but it was difficult to get in touch with them as most of the candidates were quite busy. Around 4 profiles were shared after pitching about the role. All of the candidates met the requirements of our client's and from those similar organizations.

Result
  • Out the 4 shared 1 candidate was selected for the role and the candidate joined within 60 days and a constant follow up was done with the candidate. The candidate joined with a CTC of Rs.53.95 LPA
